Everything with IEE worked wonderfully! I am very satisfied with the entire process. It only took four days to complete my evaluation, even though I opted for the regular process. i choosed IEE to evaluate my credential because in the FB people said, it is quick and customer service is responsif. I need a quick evaluation result because USCIS only gave me limited time (less than two months). I dont have time and energy to wait the evaluation process. I was very satisfied with the service. I needed my German degree evaluated. Even though the German college took forever to send the documents, the staff at IEE was always supportive and the communication was great. I called the office twice because I had questions. There were no long wait times or anything and they were always able to answer my questions immediately - and all this in spite of the situation with Hurricane Helene which hit right during the time I had my documents with them. So, I definitely recommend using their service.
I did my fair share of research looking at other accreditation services and IEE was by FAR the best experience and value for your money that I found. Other places I tried had very long turnaround times, did not have reliable customer service, and higher fees. I was able to speak to someone with IEE at any time, and they shared me status updates on the process throughout. HIGHLY recommend and thank you!!!

Overall good work however, in my case in notes instead of overseen by Swinburne university of technology Australia mentioning that in Malaysia there is an international branch campus is more appropriate.

Dear Mr. David Haynes, I must write with a lot of regret about why I have chosen MyIEE (International Education Evaluations) service because of the unfortunate loss thta happened to me. My Master’s Degree certificate (Master of Computer Applications) from the University of Madras gone missing at MyIEE (International Education Evaluations). My order #1632312265. On October 10th, 2024, I received the envelope with Tracking #: 92055903470167300029884525 sent from MyIEE (International Education Evaluations). However, upon opening it, I was unable to find my Master’s Degree certificate (Master of Computer Applications) from the University of Madras, which I am 100% sure that I had sent along with the University of Madras mark sheets, my Berhampur University Degree certificate, and Berhampur University mark sheets. I have received the rest of the documents except for Master’s Degree certificate (Master of Computer Applications) from the University of Madras. Furthermore, completion of the evaluation confirms that you have received all the documents. I would thank you a ton if you could help regarding this and find my Master’s Degree certificate which is valuable and precious to me?
