Quick customer service, but the whole process and instructions are confusing and unclear. You charged me a $50 fee that one person said I would get refunded and another person said I wouldn't. Of course I didn't.

Turn around time was quick --within a few days .I now have by degree ffom a University in Haiti evaluated as equivalent to 4-year degree in the United States. I have been using IEE for several years, both for myself and for different members of my family, and it has always been a great experience. They do an excellent job validating grades and classes from other countries, and their evaluations are accepted by major colleges in North Carolina. I highly recommend IEE for anyone who needs to have their international education credentials evaluated.
I’m very unsatisfied with this evaluation. All of my requests were each time rejected without really examining all files I provided. I had to email and call them several times to make a small step. a The evaluator did not apply the conversion scale as presented on their website. There is no way for me to dispute it. I’m left with frustration.

It was very helpful for my graduate school application.
MyIEE was at every phase from start to finish of the order. I was never alone; I was informed of every relevant action. I took it for granted and ordered for the normal 5 work days (NOT GUARANTEED). Yet my order was sucessfully completed within 3 days and I truely thank IEE for this. Consequenly, I got the job because of timely delivery of the evaluation
I sent a review for a master's degree, having already earned a bachelor's degree, and they charged me 200 or so, which could have been avoided by simply explaining that they were no longer validating master's degrees from abroad. I have a friend who completed her master's degree where I did, and you validated her master's degree. However, that wasn't the case with me, and I think it's unfair.

Everything went smooth
I am satisfied with the services but I would like to recommend that the type of proofs I had provided after my first submission were the authentic and approved by HEC Pakistan and also Attested and stamped by the Foreign office of Pakistan even then the MyIEE forced me to submit or ask the issuing university to send the documents from their official email address. It took me further more than a week because I had to travel back to the university location. Which was In an another province and all that. So my point is that if anyone provides documents along with authentic proves then you should not delay the process. The rest I am satisfied

I disagree with the report, tried to get explanation of why a the report doesn’t consider an ACBSP accredited program
I think the $20 charge for sending an email of my own evaluation was too much. It did not seem fair business but rather because we can like airline seating and I am assuming same is being done by other evaluation agency so I am not inclined to rate you any better than 3 stars.

I am not satisfied with the evaluation provided by IEE. I specifically requested that my education be evaluated above the Master's level, as I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. However, this request was not acknowledged or fulfilled in the final report. I expected a more thorough and responsive consideration of my academic background and the documentation I submitted.
