I needed a NACES certified company to evaluate my diploma. I went through the NACES list and looked up many companies. I eventually chose IEE because they were easy to contact and quick to respond to several initial questions. I was easy to create an account and also easy to submit all the needed documents. IEE kept me in the loop about the progress, which I appreciate a lot. My evaluation was done within 1 week after all the documents were received! The communication and ease of submitting were the most important factors for me, as well as affordability of the service.

I would say that my problem was addressed, however I don't understand why we shouldn't have an official report on the account. It would be easier than relying on the email which you are not sure if I have received the report or not. My 3 day guarantee was met but with an unofficial copy. I had to call customer service and wait for the official copy on an alternative email.

It could be better! The document listing could be more easily accessible by country, such as you have to have original etc in the pull down- it’s VERY expensive and I struggle to understand how in some sub Saharan areas you expect me to find the original documents. The paper stating the education course such as English or Afrikaans etc with the grade is not rocket science. Secondly we did not receive a notification stating the results of the review— just saying that it has to be revised. Not that it was COMPLETE.
Navigating the platform was very easy. I am still yet to receive the answer from the institution to which I sent the documents.
