IEE is one of the best evaluators with prompt response in reasonable price. Only my advice is to provide a free customer copy in all cases apart from a free transmission to a University that has exclusive electronic channel of transmission of Transcript.

I never received my diploma in the mail, it was probably lost by USPS. they could've assisted me by sending a new copy of the certificate as a good gesture. To note, my ORIGINAL diploma and transcript of records are included in the packet. Now, I need to do more work to request my diploma again from my home country.
They were quick, efficient and got the job done at a high standard. My evaluations were sent to each school in a timely manner before my application deadline, which I was really happy about. They also promptly replied to any emails i sent them.

I will give a 4 out of 5. The user experience interacting with the site till delivery was superb. The periodic updates via email allays all fears and shows IEE is responsive. I had thought the High School Transcript will be evaluated alongside the SSCE certificate. That was not very clear to me from the beginning. Otherwise it would have been a 5!

Worst costumer service. U have to call them just to contact me and update me regarding my institution. Left a message to a wrong school and insists that is my school I attended. Multiple people don’t communicate about my school.
I got my evaluations back unscathed and in a 100% perfect conditions. best Evaluators out there and its also on time in schedule as paid and promised.
After a lot of searching, IEE is the cheapest and fastest evaluation company. Their team is incredibly helpful and accurate, and they consistently follow up. I am happy to have the opportunity to know and deal with them.

I had a terrible experience with this company and would not recommend them to anyone. I submitted my documents for evaluation, but the results were incomplete. When I emailed multiple times to request a full evaluation, they asked me to pay more. This company seems untrustworthy. Please be careful and avoid doing business with them. I paid over $300 and still haven't received what I was promised.

Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience. Despite spending over $400 dollars, the individuals who translated my university degrees acknowledged that, after studying for 7 years (yes, seven!) at the university in my country, they did not recognize it as a Master's degree. This is particularly disheartening considering that my field of study had a specialization in Musical Composition, similar to the requirements for Master's degrees in the United States. The number of credits, courses, and the time I spent studying in my country should equate to a Master's degree here in the United States. Interestingly, some of my peers who completed their studies with me and also spent the same 7 years, but in different states, have had their degrees recognized as Master's degrees. I hope my case will be reconsidered.

Just 1 thing If customer query can be answered in point to point way ven a signle line would be enough if nothing much is asked by a customer, instead of writing such a big email. Experience was awesome. The reviewer's remarks who is Director Evaluations at MyIEE left me speechless because he so beautifully captured the details of academic backgrounds, degrees and their equivalence with US degrees that it exhibited a perfect understanding of the subject.
I was shocked to see how B's weighed as A's on the US scale, but again, you surely know what you're doing. Although it took 8 days to receive it, the effective processing time, minus delays of getting you my original transcript was 3 business days as said.

Very unorganized and unprofessional. Even through they say “3 days” it took them well over 10 days after I mailed them my original documents. After they got my documents they sent me a confirmation email that had the wrong college name and it said they got it via email which got me worried that they may have my original transcripts and diploma mixed up. After almost 10 days they sent me an email saying that they wont consider my final 2 semester. After my evaluation was complete I assumed that they will automatically send my transcripts to the university that was added as a recipient but I wanted to be sure so I called them to confirm. They told me I don’t have any recipients except myself in my order. I sent them a screenshot of my receipt and my order dashboard so they sent me a screenshot of their screen to say that I was wrong. After I hung up they added my university as the third recipient and then sent it to them.
